Cancellation Policy
🎓 Eyes on Me by Nika – One-on-One Lash Training Booking Policy Thank you for choosing to train with Eyes on Me by Nika. We are excited to be part of your lash journey. Please read our booking policy carefully before securing your training date. 💳 Course Fee The total investment for our One-on-One Lash Training Course is $1,500 AUD. A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to secure your training date. Your remaining balance of $1,000 is due 14 days before your scheduled training date. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit. 📅 Rescheduling We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Training dates may be rescheduled once, provided you give at least 14 days' notice before your scheduled training date. Your $500 deposit will be transferred to your new training date. Any additional reschedule requests may require a new deposit. ❌ Cancellations The $500 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. If you cancel your training: More than 14 days before your training date, your deposit will be forfeited. Within 14 days of your training date, 100% of the course fee ($1,500) remains payable, as your training materials, trainer's time and booking have already been allocated. 🚫 Failure to Attend Failure to attend your scheduled training without prior notice will result in the full course fee remaining payable. ⏰ Late Arrival Please arrive on time. Students arriving more than 30 minutes late may have practical training shortened. If you are more than 60 minutes late, the training may be cancelled without refund. 📖 Course Materials Your training fee includes: Professional training Lash training manual Lash kit (where applicable) Certificate of Completion Ongoing support (if included) All manuals, course content and training resources remain the intellectual property of Eyes on Me by Nika and must not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission. 👶 Children & Guests To ensure a professional learning environment: Children are not permitted during training. Friends, family members and additional guests are not permitted unless approved prior to the course. ❤️ Commitment By paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read and agree to these booking terms.
